How To Send Pictures in Texts or Emails on Android

Ever wanted to know how to send a picture via text message or email on an Android device? Yes? Luckily, it’s as easy as finding out your number or adding a signature to your SMS messages. You can easily share pictures on your Android device by sending them via email or text message. Follow the tips below to do so.

How To Send One Image

  • Open the “Gallery” app.
  • Find and select the photo you want to share.
  • Select the “Share” button.
  • Choose the “Email” or “Messaging” icon.
  • Some smartphones have a separate email or messaging icon showing next to the “Share” option.
  • A message form appears prompting you to send the picture.

How To Send More Than One Photos

  • Open the “Gallery” app.
  • Open the folder that contains the photos you want to share.
  • Press the “Menu” button located at the upper-right corner of the screen.
  • Choose “Select item.”
  • Tap the photos you wish to send.
  • Select the “Share” button.
  • Choose the “Email” or “Messaging” icon.
  • Some devices have a separate email or messaging icon.
  • A message form appears prompting you to send the picture.

To save an image from your text to the gallery, just tap on the picture and then hit save the attachment. It should go into your gallery. Additionally, you can send images via WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger. Both persons must have the app installed for it to work.
