In this article, we take you through the necessary steps to download and install YouTube Vanced Edition on your Android smartphone.

How To Install YouTube Vanced (Non-Root Method)

• Firstly, download the YouTube Vanced APK from below.
• To find your download, scroll till you see Non-Root downloads.
• Then, select the latest stable version to download.

There are two versions. The Black and the Dark theme. As you know, YouTube features a dark theme. Hence, if you want the original YouTube Dark stock theme, go with the  White/Dark theme. However, get the White/Black if you want something a bit darker than the stock YouTube theme.

Once you click on one of the links, it automatically begins the download. However, while the new modded YouTube app downloads, you can go ahead and install MicroG.

The MicroG app allows you to log into the YouTube Vanced app. However, if you do not plan to login in, then you can ignore this step.

Lastly, once the downloads complete, click the respective notifications to begin the installation process. Once the app installs, launch it and use it as you would the default YouTube app.

How To Install YouTube Vanced (Root Method)

1. Download the Installer Files from here.
2. Download one of the YouTube Vanced APKs from below.
3. Put the APK in /sdcard/Downloads.
4. Uninstall all YouTube updates and disable auto updates in the Play Store.
5. Flash the installer in TWRP.
