Google’s Pixel 3 developed a weird bug whereby a second notch appears on the side of the display. While not all Pixel 3 smartphones have the glitch, there are numerous reports of the “Notch Glitch” popping up on social media.
For now, the software glitch seems fixable. Many users report that a quick reboot resolves the issue.
Reddit users are also complaining as well as persons who frequent Android Police. For now, a restart fixes the second notch problem.
Google also confirmed that a fix for the issue will come in the next update for the Pixel 3 XL. Hopefully, it’s as easy as fixing the Pixel’s camera issue.
